Diesel emission scandals have already affected
many car manufactures and some have had to pay out millions or even billions in compensation.
The Fiat Chrysler Automobilies ( FCA ) is now under investigation for allegedly fitting illegal emission defeat devices in hundreds of thousands of their diesel vehicles.
In a similar emissions claims in the US, Fiat Chrysler has already paid millions of dollars to its customers.
The diesel engines affected were used in Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Suzuki vehicles. Whilst Suzuki is not a subsidiary of the Fiat Chrysler Group, certain of their vehicles are equipped with Fiat Chrysler diesel engines which have been found to significantly exceed emissions limits.
We believe Fiat Chrysler’s customers could be entitled up to £10,000 per affected vehicle. However, we are aiming to win back the entire cost of each vehicle.
If you ever owned or leased a diesel vehicle from Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep or Suzuki, first registered between 2008 and 2020, then you may be able to claim.
Customers who owned more than one vehicle that meets the description above can make multiple claims.
In July 2020, Authorities in Germany, Italy, and Switzerland investigating emissions fraud and the use of defeat devices raided the offices of Fiat Chrysler.
Defeat devices temporarily reduce vehicle emissions to cheat regulatory checks.
The vehicle is put under low emission ‘test conditions’ to pass regulatory checks. However, real world driving emissions are much higher and the vehicles would not pass regulatory checks without the use of defeat devices.
PGMBM believes that Fiat Chrysler deliberately misled its customers about the real level of emissions produced by their vehicles.
Now is the time to join the Fiat Diesel Fraud Claim.

We believe that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) may have fitted hundreds of thousands of their diesel vehicles, manufactured between 2009 and 2020, with illegal emissions defeat (or cheat) devices.
If you have owned or leased one of the vehicles affected, you could be eligible for significant compensation.
PGMBM believe FCA deliberately misled its customers regarding the level of emissions that affected vehicles produced. We think customers should be compensated for the following reasons:
PGMBM are fighting for victims to be compensated for FCA’s wrongdoing.
We will strive to win you as much as possible and are aiming to recover the entire cost of your vehicle.
Whilst there are no guarantees, as this is ultimately a decision for the courts, we are optimistic that we may be able to obtain damages of several thousand pounds per vehicle.

PGMBM recently dealt a significant blow to the Defendants in the Volkswagen NOx Emissions Group Litigation, establishing that thousands of its vehicles contained illegal defeat devices. The judge refused to grant the Defendants permission to appeal his judgment. We intend to build upon this initial success against Volkswagen in pursuing your claim against FCA.
You will receive the legal documents and the terms and conditions upon signing up. We are intending to run this case as a group action, meaning that we bring all of our clients’ cases forward together.
Should the Fiat NOx Emissions Group Litigation not be successful, then as long as you have stuck to the terms and conditions set out, you will not pay a penny. We take out an insurance policy to protect you against the defendants’ legal costs in the event that the case is unsuccessful.
This is simply the fee stipulated in return for our agreement to act on your behalf.
Litigating against FCA will not be as straightforward as other types of claim commonly pursued, such as a personal injury case. As a result, PGMBM will incur significant time and financial expense in bringing this action.
In any event, you will always keep at least 50% of your damages.
It is worth checking whether you have legal expense insurance which would cover a claim of this nature. However, in our experience, these policies typically do not cover group actions, have insufficient levels of coverage, and contain restrictive terms which would prevent us acting in your best interests. We will, however, investigate where necessary.
Whilst PPI claims historically took just a few months, this was because they followed years of investigation by the governing regulatory body as well as heavily contested and protracted litigation – which brought the scandal to light.
As a claimant in this case, you are part of the initial case being put forward against FCA.
We cannot guarantee a timescale for this group action, but we will aim to progress your claim as expediently as possible.
